TailorCare, a leading specialty value-based care organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Diara Gross, D.O. as Medical Director.
With over ten years of experience as a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Sports Medicine physician, Dr. Gross specializes in nonsurgical musculoskeletal care. She has practiced in outpatient settings addressing joint and muscle pain, and has served as an attending physician in an acute inpatient rehab hospital, treating patients with complex medical conditions and functional impairments.
Dr. Gross holds certifications from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPM&R) and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AOBPM&R). She completed her residency training in PM&R at New York University (NYU) Rusk Rehabilitation Institute. Following her fellowship at North Shore LIJ- Plainview Hospital (now Northwell Health) in New York, she earned an additional board certification in Sports Medicine. Dr. Gross also attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.

As Medical Director, Dr. Gross will drive clinical innovation and will help expand the definition of quality musculoskeletal care delivery to the patients we serve.
