Petito brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and execution. With a proven track record in enterprise transformation, diversification, go-to-market strategy, change management, and large-scale program management, he will be pivotal in driving TailorCare’s overall direction. His corporate strategy expertise will contribute to TailorCare’s success in the specialty value-based care landscape.
Sumrack, as Chief People Officer, will focus on building and nurturing TailorCare’s most valuable asset – its people. With a strong human resources and organizational development background, Sumrack will lead the strategic direction and execution of all people-related initiatives for TailorCare. Her leadership will further strengthen TailorCare’s commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Petito joined TailorCare after serving as corporate vice president of strategy & transformation at SCAN Group and Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage organizations. He brings nearly two decades of progressive healthcare experience, from health systems to health plans.
Sumrack joined TailorCare last year and built out the human resources foundation. Before TailorCare, she served as vice president of human resources at Contessa Health and steered the team through expansive growth from start-up to acquisition. She brings extensive healthcare and people experience to her new role and is passionate about further establishing and maintaining a culture of excellence.
