Each brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record, further strengthening TailorCare’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality specialty care solutions.
Carolyn Magill, CEO of Aetion, joins TailorCare’s Board with extensive experience transforming real-world data into actionable insights for healthcare interventions. Under her leadership, Aetion has raised over $200M and become a market leader with global customers across regulatory, life sciences and payer sectors. Previously, Magill held key leadership roles at UnitedHealth, Evolent Health and Remedy Partners. She holds an MBA in healthcare management from Wharton and a BA from Harvard. Magill served on the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) and Parity.org boards, and EY, Goldman Sachs and Crain’s New York recognized her for contributions to healthcare.
Kevin Ban, MD, brings over 25 years of clinical and executive experience to TailorCare’s Board. As the former EVP and Global Chief Medical Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Ban led the company’s pandemic response and healthcare strategy. His career also includes roles as Chief Medical Officer at athenahealth and Beth Israel Deaconess Needham, and he has been an influential figure in value-based care and medical systems development. Ban graduated from Georgetown University and Georgetown’s School of Medicine and has held academic positions at Harvard Medical School. He is an active media commentator and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
Simeon Schindelman has over 35 years of experience in healthcare. He joins TailorCare’s Board as an advisor and investor with a deep understanding of healthcare cost and quality improvement. His career highlights include leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, Medica Health Plans, Bloom Health, Brighton Health Plan Solution and Bright Health. Schindelman’s expertise in building strategic relationships, designing Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), and driving value-based care models will be invaluable to TailorCare’s mission.
