At TailorCare, we take pride in earning our patients’ trust and helping them achieve their musculoskeletal (MSK) goals—whether that means returning to their favorite activities or living a life with less pain. Central to our success is deeply understanding our patients’ needs, guiding them to the most appropriate clinicians and services that meet their needs, and supporting them throughout their care journey.
The burden of MSK conditions is immense. Despite advances in treatment options, access to personalized and affordable care remains a barrier for many. Geographic constraints, socioeconomic factors, and limited availability of specialists exacerbate disparities in MSK healthcare.
TailorCare’s acquisition of RecoveryOne, a leading virtual physical therapy (PT) platform, underscores our commitment to addressing these gaps. By combining TailorCare’s expertise in care navigation with RecoveryOne’s advanced digital PT solutions, we ensure patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. This acquisition enables us to offer patients a more robust set of integrated solutions–from lifestyle and behavioral management to digital PT, conservative interventions, and advanced medical care. This partnership ensures treatment evolves with patient progress and goals to offer an end-to-end solution that encompasses navigation, prevention, and treatment.
Why RecoveryOne?
Founded in 2013, RecoveryOne brings over a decade of leading digital PT experience and has helped tens of thousands of patients improve their MSK conditions through convenient and accessible conservative approaches.
RecoveryOne’s model begins with a virtual evaluation by a physical therapist. Based on the patient’s needs and goals, the therapist creates a personalized exercise therapy program accessible via phone, tablet, or computer. Patients receive ongoing support from a health coach for motivation and behavior change, while their dedicated therapist monitors progress and outcomes.
The RecoveryOne acquisition catapults TailorCare to the next level of patient-centered, clinically appropriate care, where we can help a broader range of patients manage their MSK conditions wherever and however works best for them by providing both the navigation to the right course of care and then the delivery of exercise programs, health coaching, and digital PT services.
